Angelo C. Valenti, Ph.D., The Company Psychologist, received his graduate degree from the University of Georgia in 1976. At that time, he joined the faculty of Oklahoma City University as an instructor and shortly thereafter was named Chairman of the Psychology Department.
In 1980, Dr. Valenti moved to Memphis to become a staff consultant with the psychological consulting firm RHR International. He conducted organizational studies, psychological assessments, and consulted with management in a variety of industries.
In 1982, Dr. Valenti came to Nashville to establish The Company Psychologist, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies achieve success through people. Since then, he has served as a psychological consultant for a client base consisting of publicly traded organizations, private companies, and family owned businesses in a variety of industries including insurance, publishing, healthcare, retail, financial services, manufacturing, inventory control, transportation, and distribution.
Dr. Valenti and Dr. John Hoover co-authored the book Unleashing Leadership: Aligning What Your People Do Best With What Your Organization Needs Most.
